MAXEMA® – A Top Italian Brand. The Tag a pen conceived to get across the essence of perfect elegance, free of needless decoration. The style is rigorous, but admits softer lines in its clip and closing plug, whose soft curvature is the pen’s distinctive trait. It also provides considerable room for personalisation in the Maxema pen line-up it is the one with the widest clip. Colourful barrel and clip in metallic finishing, with silver upper plug and tip. Twist-action, made of non-toxic, highly resistant ABS plastic, Galvanic process used to chrome tip, jumbo refill available in black or blue ink, up to 2500 meters of writing. If I am going to use my own delivery service, can I get a discount on the order?

We outsource our delivery service to third party companies, normally, we have contract with these companies, besides, we may have multiple deliveries for one delivery order. Therefore, it’s not easy for us to calculate the accurate delivery fee for each order. To make it simple, all the price quoted are free for delivery. We are sorry that we cannot provide discount if you don’t use our delivery service.

If I have a custom artwork, can I get a real sample of the merchandise with artwork imprinted?

We will provide a graphic mock up image for approval with your order, and we can provide a real imprinted product sample of your merchandise at a cost. Please contact your account manager and we will quote the price for you, the cost depends on the cost of the merchandise and the nature of the job.

What happens if the item I ordered is out of stock?

We attempt to have the online inventory accurate consistently. In the event an item is out of stock after you have submitted your order, we will inform you as soon as we can. You will be given the choice of having the rest of your order shipped and receiving a refund for the unavailable items, choosing a replacement or getting a full refund.

Can I exchange or return my items?

We are not able to accept returns. We need to prepare the material for production, besides, we cannot resell the products after customization.
