We are a dedicated team to help our customer selecting the right promotional products. Our design team also help you to create the artwork and graphics, making mock ups for preview and get your final proofs, produce a branded sample and sent your way. We also do custom packaging and handle the delivery and logistic if the items are required to manufacturing and imported from other countries.

Please note that we should divide this question into three parts.

Sample making and approval: 7-10 business days (it depends on how complicate of the logo and printing)

Production: Please refer to the “Production Time” for each product on our website, it can take 24 hours to a few business weeks. Please note that 24 hours production time doesn’t mean you can receive the products in 24 hours, it takes time to deliver.

Delivery: It depends on where the production takes place

Decoration in Australia, on-shore delivery – delivery within 7 business days.

Production and Decoration outside Australia, off-shore delivery – 2 to 4 weeks airmail and 8 – 12 weeks surface delivery.

So, sum up the above timeframe, you can estimate how long it will take for the delivery. We always recommend our customer to take extra buffer for the delivery time.

You surely will get a discount. Assuming that you have a large event, corporate giving, wedding, and so on, kindly reach us at sales@SourceEC.com.au with the details and we will work out a quote that fulfills your requirements.

Please check the address you entered when placing the order. Then contact sales@SourceEC.com.au with your order number and we’ll try and help you to track it.

Once we have received your payment, we will prepare your order and ship it as soon as possible. When your order has been shipped, you will get a shipping confirmation e-mail that includes tracking information so you know your order status.

At the moment, we offer standard shipping via Australia Post and local courier service. Sometimes, it could happen that you receive your order from an international delivery service due to product availability.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or refunds of orders after the order has been placed and paid, as we cannot reuse or resell the products. However, if your order arrives visibly damaged, please take a photo of the product and send it to sales@SourceEC.com.au immediately along with your order number. We will try to discuss with you other options including discount or replacement.

The color of the actual product may vary because a photograph may appear different across different media or devices. Also, slight visual variations in colouring are impossible to avoid due to multiple reasons related to materials and environmental conditions. If you require a precise color match, upon request we can send a sample as long as it is available (additional charges may apply).

We only accept bank transfer as a form of payment. Additional charges may apply for Credit/Debit Card. Please contact for more information.

Yes, we can provide basic mockup artwork service for free, and we charge a reasonable fee for the cost of processing any other artwork services. Please contact us to find out more information.

Yes. We supply promotional products to Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and all other cities in Australia. We are not a Brick and mortar store, our business is online first. Our customers choose the products on our website, we provide quotation and answer our customer’s question on phone call, email and WhatsApp. We send samples and mock ups by Australia Post, we ship the final products from our warehouse in Australia or import from other countries to our customer. We are run an online business.

Bank transfer is the only payment method that is allowed at the moment. If you wish to pay by Credit or Debit card, please contact sales@SourceEC.com.au for more information.

We work extremely closely with our dedicated product specialists and source directly from the factories. Our team has worked in the promotional merchandise industry for years. We don't have updated MOQ information on our website at the moment, please contact us and we are happy to provide more information to you.

We outsource our delivery service to third party companies, normally, we have contract with these companies, besides, we may have multiple deliveries for one delivery order. Therefore, it’s not easy for us to calculate the accurate delivery fee for each order. To make it simple, all the price quoted are free for delivery. We are sorry that we cannot provide discount if you don’t use our delivery service.

We will provide a graphic mock up image for approval with your order, and we can provide a real imprinted product sample of your merchandise at a cost. Please contact your account manager and we will quote the price for you, the cost depends on the cost of the merchandise and the nature of the job.

We attempt to have the online inventory accurate consistently. In the event an item is out of stock after you have submitted your order, we will inform you as soon as we can. You will be given the choice of having the rest of your order shipped and receiving a refund for the unavailable items, choosing a replacement or getting a full refund.

We are not able to accept returns. We need to prepare the material for production, besides, we cannot resell the products after customization. If you receive a defective or incorrect product with your order, kindly reach us by email at sales@SourceEC.com.au. Depending on the extent of the issue, we will try to discuss with you to see what we can do.
