If I am going to use my own delivery service, can I get a discount on the order?

We are sorry that we cannot provide discount if you don’t use our delivery service.

If I have a custom artwork, can I get a real sample of the merchandise with artwork imprinted?

We will provide a graphic mock up image for approval with your order, and we can provide a real imprinted product sample of your merchandise at a cost. Please contact your account manager and we will quote the price for you, the cost depends on the cost of the merchandise and the nature of the job.

What happens if the item I ordered is out of stock?

We attempt to have the online inventory accurate consistently. In the event an item is out of stock after you have submitted your order, we will inform you as soon as we can. You will be given the choice of having the rest of your order shipped and receiving a refund for the unavailable items, choosing a replacement or getting a full refund.

Can I exchange or return my items?

We are not able to accept returns. We need to prepare the material for production, besides, we cannot resell the products after customization.
